Dog Transforms A Sad Calf Into A Bouncy Puppy

This bouncy puppy is not actually a puppy at all but an energetic brown cow. Bucket and Colton love to spend their time playing all day. They enjoy playing tag around the farm and chase one another until they run out of energy.

Bucket and Colton’s mom, Susan, shared that she often catches her fur babies running side by side on the sanctuary. The Little Buckets Farm Sanctuary owner recalled that her cow, Bucket, sometimes even outruns her dog.

Colton, the dog, sometimes gets a little spirited, especially when her obsession with Bucket’s ears takes over. Bucket doesn’t mind at all if Colton playfully bites his ears because he loves his doggy best friend so much.

Susan shared that she went to an auction because she wanted to save an animal’s life. She recalled that Bucket was the last of the calves who came out that night, and she saw how tiny he was.

Bucket was only a few hours old and no one had bid on him. Susan knew that she wanted to save Bucket’s life, so she placed her bid and was able to get him for only $10.

Susan admitted that she has never owned a cow before, but she was ready to take on whatever challenge that may arise. At first, she introduced Colton to Bucket with a fence in between them.

She put Bucket and Colton together after she saw the two animals bump noses with one another through the fence. Bucket and Colton started walking around together and became inseparable ever since.

Susan described Bucket as a dog who seemed to have a puppy dog kind of personality because of how badly he wanted to run around and play. Bucket and Colton were two peas in a pod, and the two became the perfect playmate that one another needed.
